ImmunoFlow is a program that simulates cell activity. It has been designed to represent only a portion of the total cells in the simulation directly, with the indirect effects of other cells factored in.

ImmunoFlow functions by mathematical rather than particulate simulation. One reason is to grant much more flexibility when simulating an incomplete or hypotheticval system, another is because otherwise my computer would crumble to dust.

ImmunoFlow has many stages of development:

Stage 1: Raw code work
Phase 1: Basic graphics and chemical spreading engine (COMPLETED)
Phase 2: Cell implementation and interaction, environmental structure(COMPLETED)
Phase 3: Full environmental implementation including flow (INCOMPLETE)
Phase 4: Cleanup and additional features based on readings from textbook

Stage 2: Grant Application (requires Grad School affiliation for maximum effect)

Stage 3: Literature search while application is nearly finished, create model system for running.

Has a logn way to go, yes, precious.

Back to home.
